Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Digital Products (Courses & E-books)

After payment, access to your purchased course or e-book is granted instantly via your Brace Academy account or sent by email within 10 minutes.

If you experience issues, contact support@brace.academy within 24 hours.

2. Physical Products (Printed Books & Merchandise)

• Processing time: 2–3 business days after payment.
• Delivery inside Egypt: 3–7 business days.
• International delivery: 7–21 business days.
• Tracking details will be emailed once shipped.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated in EGP at checkout. Free shipping may apply to special promotions or bulk orders.

4. Delivery Delays

Brace Academy is not responsible for courier delays, customs issues, or incorrect addresses. However, we will help track your order until it’s delivered.
