Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Courses & Digital Products

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are valid only if less than 20% of the course is completed.
• Once fully accessed or downloaded, digital products cannot be refunded.
• Refunds are processed in EGP to the original payment method.

2. Physical Products

• Refund or exchange requests must be within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Cancellations

• You may cancel a digital order before accessing or downloading the product.
• Physical orders may be cancelled before shipment; after shipment, refund policy applies.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive confirmation via email once completed.
